The McDonalds' Farm

An amazing homeschooling family we met through our homeschooling co-op recently bought a farm without have any farming experience.  They are learning as they go while reading voraciously.   They now have about 30 chickens free ranging on their farm.  The hens supply them with enough eggs for their family and for their egg business.  They also have a cow and some sheep and a large garden.  They recently hosted an open house.  We got to explore all over their beautiful farm as they patiently answered all my many questions.  What an oasis it is out there.
