Who is the canvas from? Remember that canvases wrap the image around the stretcher frame, so the first and last 2 images are likely to result in people's heads being wrapped around the edges. Option 3 is probably your safest bet. There are a few companies I have worked with that create a custom solid color edge for you to wrap around the stretcher frame so you don't lose any people being wrapped. If they offer that, definitely choose that option with the images where people are close to the margins of the photo.
